1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ONNYON website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are operated by Alejandro Garcia Blanco, Switzerland. References in these Terms to “ONNYON”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Alejandro Garcia Blanco operating ONNYON.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. The Services

ONNYON is a cycling-focused application designed to help users with features such as:

  • weather-based clothing recommendations using the user’s own wardrobe
  • route- and timing-aware outfit planning
  • brand, product, and deal discovery
  • related planning, organization, and recommendation features

ONNYON may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

4. Nature of the Recommendations

ONNYON provides informational and convenience features only.

Any clothing, route, timing, brand, or product recommendation made through the Services is provided for general informational purposes and is not a guarantee of comfort, safety, suitability, performance, or fitness for any particular ride, weather condition, terrain, traffic situation, or personal circumstance.

Weather, road, route, traffic, and riding conditions can change quickly and may differ from available data or app outputs. You remain solely responsible for:

  • your own safety
  • your riding decisions
  • your clothing and equipment choices
  • checking actual conditions before and during a ride
  • complying with all applicable laws, traffic rules, and local regulations

You should always use your own judgment before relying on any recommendation provided by ONNYON.

5. Local Device Storage and Functionality

ONNYON is designed so that core user data, including wardrobe data and core recommendation logic, is handled locally on your device.

You understand that:

  • deleting the app, clearing local data, changing devices, or device malfunction may affect your saved content
  • ONNYON does not guarantee permanent availability, backup, or recovery of locally stored data
  • you are responsible for your own device and local data management

6. No Health or Medical Functionality

ONNYON is not a medical, health, fitness, or diagnostic service.

The Services do not provide medical advice, health monitoring, or treatment recommendations, and are not intended to collect or process health or biometric data as part of the current product model.

7. No In-App Payments

At present, ONNYON does not process payments, subscriptions, or purchases inside the app.

If paid features, subscriptions, affiliate arrangements, sponsored placements, or other commercial offerings are introduced in the future, additional terms may apply.

The Services may display brand recommendations, product suggestions, deal-related content, sponsored placements, commercial references, or links to third-party websites and services.

These are provided for convenience and informational purposes only.

ONNYON does not control third-party websites, stores, products, pricing, stock availability, promotions, or content, and is not responsible for:

  • third-party websites or services
  • the accuracy of third-party content
  • product availability or pricing
  • transactions you make with third parties
  • third-party terms, policies, or business practices

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

9. User Content

You may add or create content within the Services, including wardrobe entries, notes, photos, route-related inputs, and similar materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

However, by using the Services, you grant ONNYON a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use, process, display, reproduce, and adapt User Content only to the extent necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Services in accordance with their functionality and these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content:

  • is lawful
  • does not infringe the rights of others
  • is not misleading, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise improper
  • does not contain malicious code or harmful material

10. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their design, text, graphics, software, logos, branding, visual elements, databases, and underlying content, are owned by or licensed to ONNYON and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

  • copy
  • reproduce
  • distribute
  • modify
  • create derivative works from
  • publicly display
  • reverse engineer
  • scrape
  • resell
  • exploit

any part of the Services without prior written permission.

“ONNYON” and related branding elements may not be used without prior written consent.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services unlawfully or for any unlawful purpose
  • interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the operation or security of the Services
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where prohibited by law from restricting this
  • scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Services
  • upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • infringe intellectual property or other rights
  • use the Services in a fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or harmful way
  • use the Services to build or support a competing product through unauthorized copying or extraction

12. Availability and Changes

We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue the Services or any feature at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the Services will always be available
  • the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • any feature will remain available permanently
  • any output or recommendation will always be accurate, complete, or up to date

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

ONNYON makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of:

  • merchantability
  • fitness for a particular purpose
  • non-infringement
  • accuracy
  • reliability
  • availability

We do not warrant that the Services will meet your expectations or that any recommendation, output, or third-party content will be complete, accurate, safe, or suitable for your needs.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ONNYON and Alejandro Garcia Blanco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to:

  • your use of or inability to use the Services
  • reliance on recommendations or outputs
  • errors, inaccuracies, or interruptions in the Services
  • third-party products, content, websites, or services
  • data loss, device failure, or local storage issues
  • accidents, injuries, damage, or losses related to cycling activity, route choice, weather conditions, equipment selection, or clothing choice

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, your use of the Services is at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ONNYON and Alejandro Garcia Blanco from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

  • your breach of these Terms
  • your misuse of the Services
  • your User Content
  • your violation of applicable law
  • your infringement of the rights of any third party

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe that:

  • you have breached these Terms
  • your use of the Services creates risk, harm, or legal exposure
  • suspension or termination is necessary to protect the Services, users, third parties, or our legitimate interests

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute-related provisions.

17. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how information is handled in connection with the Services.

18. App Stores and Third Parties

If you download or use the app through a third-party platform, marketplace, or app store, including Apple App Store or Google Play, your use may also be subject to that third party’s terms and conditions.

Those third parties are not responsible for the operation, support, or content of ONNYON except as required by applicable law or their own terms.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Any updated version will be published through the website, app, or related Services and will become effective upon publication or as otherwise indicated.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

The courts of Zurich, Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and ONNYON regarding the Services and supersede prior understandings relating to the same subject matter.
